SAMPLE PROJECT | DENTSPLY SIRONA

In Fall 2023, WUCC collaborated with Dentsply Sirona, a leading manufacturer of complex dental equipment, to enhance customer service efficiency in their call centers.

CHALLENGE:

  • Enhance customer service efficiency by minimizing wait times and improving knowledge dispersion. 

  • Implement technology solutions to aid technicians in issue prediction, diagnosis, and routing. 

PROCESS:

  • Examined AI applications and KMS systems for customer service improvement. 

  • Developed AI & KMS integration strategy, including personalized platform design and data management. 

  • Established a continuous feedback loop for knowledge gaps and employee input.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Adopt AI to support issue prediction and diagnosis, ensuring cost-effective customer satisfaction. 

  • Integrate a scalable KMS to facilitate knowledge sharing and application across teams.
